1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Reservation Policy
2.1 Booking Process
- Reservations can be requested through our website booking form or by contacting us directly at +234 912 552 9656
- Website bookings are requests only and are not confirmed reservations
- Our team will reach out to you to discuss details and finalize your reservation
- All reservations are subject to availability
- We accept reservations for 1-50 guests
- Reservations should be made at least 72 hours in advance
- Operating hours: Monday-Saturday 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
2.2 Payment Requirements
- Payment of 80% of the estimated total bill is required in advance to confirm your reservation
- The remaining 20% balance is payable at the time of dining
- All reservation payments are non-refundable
- Payment details and instructions will be provided when our team contacts you
2.3 Reservation Confirmation and Arrival
- Your reservation is only confirmed after payment is received and you receive written confirmation from us
- Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time
- Tables will be held for 15 minutes past reservation time; after which they may be released
2.4 Cancellations and Changes
- Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to modify your reservation
- All reservation payments are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing
- No-shows will forfeit the entire payment and may affect your ability to make future reservations

3. Dining Policies
3.1 Seating and Table Time
- Table assignments are at the discretion of the restaurant management
- During peak hours, table time may be limited to 2 hours
- We reserve the right to seat incomplete parties at our discretion
3.2 Conduct
- We maintain a family-friendly atmosphere
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately
- Proper attire is required; we maintain the right to enforce dress code standards
4. Food and Beverage
- Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice
- We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions when possible; please inform us in advance
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions; please inform your server of any allergies
5. Payment and Pricing
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We accept cash and major credit/debit cards
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦)
- A service charge may be added for large groups (8+ guests)
6. Events and Private Dining
- Private events require separate agreements and may have different terms
- Deposits may be required for event bookings
- Event menus and pricing are subject to separate negotiation
